CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Human Capitol Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Support the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of an organization
Analyze talent needs, market trends, and candidate pools to devise effective sourcing strategies
Conduct comprehensive assessments of recruitment data, including applicant tracking systems and hiring metrics, to evaluate the efficiency and success of recruitment initiatives
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners
Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
